FIT THE PDF TO THE EXACT LIMIT Give the app the limit the destination states — 500 KB, 2 MB, or another value — and it compresses the document towards that limit, and tells you when it cannot reach it. Before you save, it checks the finished size, page count and whether the file opens. A screenshot of the destination's requirements can supply the limit, and you confirm it before use.

PHOTOS AND SIGNATURES AT EXACT PIXELS Enter 413 x 531 pixels and a 20–50 KB range, or type completely different requirements. Crop the image, and the finished file is measured against the dimensions, size range and format you entered before it can be saved. Works with photos from your library, from the camera, or shared straight from Photos.

SCAN, SIGN AND SAVE IN ONE RUN Your camera finds the page edges, and you can drag the corners yourself when the page was crooked. Rotate a page, switch it to Enhanced, Greyscale or Black & white, and nudge brightness and contrast — page by page, before anything is saved.

Then place your saved signature on every page that needs it, not just the first, fit the result to the limit and save it to the folder you picked. One pass, one app.

The signature is your own handwriting placed on the page as an image. It is not a certificate-based digital signature.

Save any sequence as a workflow. It remembers the source, signing step, confirmed limit, file name and folder; every run still pauses for you to approve signature placements.

REDACTION THAT REMOVES, NOT COVERS A black box drawn over text is not redaction: the words are still in the file and can be copied straight back out. This app removes the marked content instead. The areas are painted out and the page is rebuilt from what is left, so those words are no longer part of the page's text. Redact a box, a brush stroke, a single tapped word, or every match in the document.
