User reviews are mixed. Some praise timely updates and a clean, well-structured layout, and a few note usefulness on the go. However, frequent issues dominate: stories duplicate, the app crashes on launch after updates, and the weather section performs poorly or crashes. Recent reviews

I have always loved the app, and the updates that I received. I enjoy the fast access to current events, so I still give 4 stars. That being said, since it was reformatted, and the advertisements were made so large; I find myself avoiding the app, and not wanting to open articles. The advertisements are so large, that it is inevitable to hit them multiple times while reading one article. It constantly causes Safari to open, and wastes my time exiting out of advertisements that I never meant to open. I am considering removing the app if it remains so frustrating to use.

WJAC continues to publish shoddy journalism that demonstrates a failure to demonstrate even a sixth grade level of writing. The app is unreliable and articles remain on the landing page that should have been removed a long time ago. They remain in the pocket of special interest and political favoritism. Therefore the news reported is wholly unreliable.
