TimeWell is the off switch.

Open Instagram, YouTube, X and Facebook inside TimeWell and the addictive parts are gone before the page finishes loading. Your messages, your profile and the people you actually follow stay exactly as they were. You sign in on each platform's own site, so TimeWell never sees your password.

FOCUS, SLEEP AND LIMITS Start a focus session and the feeds are paused while the ring counts down. Set a sleep window and the apps shut overnight, every night. Give any app a daily limit — and lock it, if you already know what you'd do at 11pm.

TODAY One ring: your screen time against the daily goal you set, how today compares with yesterday, where the time actually went app by app, and a streak for every day you stayed under.

SOL An AI companion for the ten minutes after you put the phone down — the one place in TimeWell for "why do I keep doing this" rather than "how long was I on it". Your conversation is stored on your phone and nowhere else.

BUILT TO BE PRIVATE The filtering runs entirely on your phone. Nothing you browse is collected, sent anywhere, or sold — not the feeds you read, not the accounts you follow, not a single post. Screen Time uses Apple's own API, which is designed so that even we cannot see which apps you picked. An account is optional and everything works without one; if you make one, you can delete it permanently from inside the app.

FAMILY A parent can set the filters on a child's phone and lock the ones that need to stay on.

REMINDERS, AND ONLY FOUR When a focus session ends, at 90% of your daily goal, when you reach it, and shortly before sleep mode closes the apps. No streak nagging. Nothing that says "come back to TimeWell".

You don't have to delete anything. You don't have to quit. You just have to be able to turn the addictive parts off — and now you can.
