Your daily dashboard • Follow iPhone step-counter progress toward an activity goal you choose. • Receive varied encouragement and general educational movement tips. • Review up to 180 days of on-device step and completed-workout history.

Plans and workouts for your day • Create and edit a weekly activity plan, including rest days. • Set step and weekly workout goals. • Enable local reminders for workouts, movement, and goal progress. • Use instructional videos stored inside the app, and optionally add your own HTTPS links. • Start a workout session, follow its timer and progress, and record completion in the app.

Privacy and control • The step counter uses the iPhone motion sensor after permission and does not use Apple Health or Garmin. • No account or sign-in is required. A name and photo are optional only. • The app does not request age, height, or weight, calculate BMI, or store health measurements. • Plans, goals, activity history, favourites, and settings remain on your device and are not sent to a developer server. • Arabic and English, Dark Mode, Dynamic Type, and VoiceOver are supported.

SportFriend provides general activity organisation and motivation. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose or treat any condition. Choose activity appropriate for your ability and consult a professional when needed.
