ILR Tracker keeps track of every day you spend outside the UK, measured against the two limits that matter: the 180-day rule for Indefinite Leave to Remain, and the naturalisation limits (450 days over five years, or 270 days over three years on a spouse or partner route, plus no more than 90 days in the 12 months before you apply). See at a glance how many days you have left, and whether a trip you are planning would put your application at risk.

Add trips by hand, or let the app find them for you. Automatic trip capture can read the dates and locations saved in your photos, look for flights in your calendar, and, if you choose to turn it on, use background location to record only whether you are in the UK, never a continuous location trail. Every detected trip is shown to you for review before it is saved, so nothing is added without your say-so.
