A tool for comparing financial account balances, reviewing vouchers, and tracking monthly closing transactions.

Main Functions

• Account Balance Change Analysis: Compare the net increase/decrease and magnitude of accounts in two selected accounting periods; highlight entries exceeding thresholds in red; fill in the reasons for changes and generate change analysis drafts; customize change threshold rules.

• Voucher Review Error Statistics: Record error type/impact amount/correction method for each entry; summarize frequency and percentage charts by month or quarter; output targeted training focus points.

• Monthly Financial Node Dashboard: Preset the beginning-of-month reconciliation verification, individual income tax and value-added tax declaration dates, and end-of-month closing and depreciation carry-forward nodes; mark entries as not started/in progress/completed/overdue and calculate completion rate and overdue items.

• Account Set and Period Balances: Maintain the account set and accounting periods; enter debit and credit balances for change analysis reference; view account structure by category.

• Closing Supporting Ledgers: Register and mark depreciation and amortization accruals; track tax declaration progress; record discrepancies between book balances and bank balances.
