THE LIVE PHOTO PROBLEM

Every Live Photo includes a short video clip. These clips can consume a surprising amount of storage, especially across a large photo library.

FreeUp Space can convert Live Photos into still images in one pass. Your still image remains while the accompanying video component is removed.

VIDEO COMPRESSION

Reduce the size of large videos using three quality levels. The compressed copy is saved and verified before the original is moved to the Trash.

SWIPE TO REVIEW

Swipe left to move an item to the Trash or swipe right to keep it. Pinch to zoom before deciding. FreeUp Space remembers the photos you keep so they do not repeatedly return for review.

NOTHING IS DELETED BEHIND YOUR BACK

Items are placed in the FreeUp Trash first and remain available for review inside the app.

When you empty the FreeUp Trash, the selected items move to the iOS Recently Deleted album, where they normally remain recoverable for up to 30 days.

CLEAN BY MONTH

Work through your library one month at a time. Complete shorter cleanup sessions, see your progress and avoid facing your entire library at once.
