Your cycle on your phone, and nowhere else. No account required, no ads, no selling your data. You log it, Cyla predicts it.

Cyla tracks your menstrual cycle without asking for anything in return.

No account required. You can use the app for months without ever giving an email address: your periods, symptoms and notes stay encrypted on your phone. An account only serves to recover your history if you change devices, and you decide when to create one.

WHAT YOU SEE

• Where you are today: cycle day, phase, and what comes next • A calendar that tells what is observed from what is estimated — solid for the periods you logged, dashed for a prediction • A range rather than a single date: "around the 29th, between the 27th and the 1st" is honest, "the 29th" is not • Predictions that sharpen as you log real cycles, instead of repeating the length you declared at the start

WHAT YOU LOG

• Flow, mood, sleep, discharge, sexual activity • Eight common symptoms: cramps, headache, fatigue, bloating, breast tenderness, back pain, acne, nausea • Personal notes, encrypted, that never leave the device and appear in no share

WHAT YOU LEARN

• Average cycle length, range, regularity • The symptoms that come back, and where in your cycle • A health report as an image, with your figures and most-logged symptoms, to show a professional — your personal notes are not in it

REMINDERS THAT STAY DISCREET

A phone gets lent, left on a table, unlocked in front of someone. Discreet mode replaces notification text with a neutral wording: nothing on the lock screen mentions your period, your fertility or your symptoms. You pick each reminder separately, and you can enable none of them.

• No health data sold or handed to advertisers • Encryption on the device, and encrypted notes on the server if you create an account • Full export to a readable file, at any time • Permanent deletion of your account and data from inside the app • Usage statistics off by default, and never including health data
