• Heartbeat — your recorded pulse timing • Body Activation — an experimental rhythm based on the same recording • Breathing — a gentle estimated breathing wave when the signal is clear enough

Save a moment in your private on-device diary or share it with someone as a JPEG card and a short Feel My Heart Link. If the recipient has the app, the link opens the selected rhythm directly. If not, they can view the card on the web and continue to the App Store.
