DOSE CHARTS See recorded amounts over 24 hours, 7, 30 or 90 days. When a suitable published half-life is available, a separate curve estimates the amount remaining from logged doses. The estimate assumes immediate absorption and is not a blood measurement or a dosing guide. Sources and limits are shown in the app.

STUDY-BASED INFORMATION Research Defaults are informational references that you can review and edit. Compounds without an established research default require your own tracking values. Your next entry follows your selected interval and recorded history, not a half-life estimate.
