OpenDeck DJ

A single-deck DJ player that plays your own tracks and beat-syncs with CDJ/XDJ players over Pro DJ Link. No account, no sign-in, nothing collected.

OpenDeck DJ turns your iPhone or iPad into a single-deck DJ player modeled on a professional club media player: a large jog wheel with a spinning platter display, a tempo fader, transport controls, a zoomable waveform, hot cues, beat loops, and automatic BPM and beat-grid analysis.

BRING YOUR OWN MUSIC Drop MP3, AAC/M4A, WAV, AIFF, FLAC or OGG files into the OpenDeck DJ folder in the Files app (On My iPhone / On My iPad → OpenDeck DJ), or from a Mac via Finder, and browse them from the deck's BROWSE screen. A demo track is included so you can try everything straight away.

ON IPHONE AND IPAD On an iPad the whole deck is on one screen. On an iPhone it is two landscape pages: the player's screen, and the controls (jog wheel, tempo fader, transport, loops) with the beat meter and BPM in view. Flip between them with the page button or a two-finger swipe.

PLAY ALONGSIDE THE CLUB STANDARD OpenDeck DJ speaks Pro DJ Link. On a local network it appears as another player next to CDJ/XDJ decks: it can follow the shared tempo and beat grid with SYNC, or take MASTER and lead. It also shares its music: other players list it in their LINK menu and can browse and load its tracks, with BPM, beat grid and waveforms. Link hardware is optional — the app is a complete standalone player on its own.
