InterceptLog is a quiet ledger for every time focus breaks.

It does not block your notifications. It simply records the truth: when attention slipped, what pulled you away, and how long it took to return. For programmers, writers, designers, students, and anyone who needs long stretches of deep work.

Start a focus block Choose what you are working on — coding, writing, design, study, review, or research — set your energy, and start the clock.

Log the pull When a message, a conversation, mind wandering, a sudden chore, social media, a meeting ping, or noise breaks the line, tap once. Add a note, a screenshot, and how hard it hit. When you come back, tap again. InterceptLog measures the recovery.
