LoopLingo is an offline A-B loop practice tool for language learners. Import a dialogue, course audio or a podcast episode you already own, pin the sentence you want to master with two loop points, and play it on repeat — slower if you need it, with a silent gap after each repeat for speaking along.

WHAT'S INSIDE

• A-B loop, made for sentences — Drag two handles around the exact phrase you're drilling. The loop is exact to 0.01 seconds and never drifts.

• Several sentences per drill — Pin multiple loop points in one file and switch sentences while practising. Each one keeps its own speed and gap.

• Slow down without chipmunk — Speed from 0.50x to 1.25x with pitch untouched, so every word stays natural at a pace you can catch.

• Your turn gap — Add a silent 0.5–2 second pause after each repeat and speak along. Shadowing, built into the loop itself.

• Lock screen practice — Keep practising from the lock screen and Control Center: the drill name, which sentence you're on, playback speed at 0.5x / 0.75x / 1.0x and a 5-second jump back (lock screen speed controls require iOS 27; playback itself works on every supported version).

• Spotlight and Siri — Saved drills appear in system search, and the "LoopLingo continue drill" shortcut resumes your last sentence, loop points and speed exactly where you left them.

• Saved drills — Every drill keeps its loop points, speed, gap, tags and your notes. Tomorrow's practice reopens the identical loop in one tap.

• Practice history — Repeats completed, minutes practised and the speed you used, kept per session so you can see the streak build.

• Repeat control — Loop a fixed number of times, for a set duration, or until you stop.

• Completely offline — No account, no sign-in, no ads, no subscription. Your audio never leaves your device.

FILE SUPPORT

Local audio files only - MP3, WAV, M4A, AIFF and FLAC. DRM-protected tracks from Apple Music or streaming downloads cannot be opened.

If a source file is moved or renamed, a first-class Relink flow restores the drill without losing anything.
