YOUR DIGITAL TWIN Every lab result, wearable reading and body scan feeds a digital twin: a 3D view of your body with fifteen health categories, a vitality score and your biological age next to your calendar age. Tap any category to see the biomarkers behind it, what's optimal, what needs attention and why.

LAB RESULTS, EXPLAINED Results from your clinic appear as they are processed, with reference ranges, trends over time and plain-language context. Completed tests and questionnaires sit alongside them.

APPLE HEALTH AND WEARABLES Connect Apple Health to bring in steps, activity, workouts, sleep, heart rate, heart-rate variability, blood oxygen, respiratory rate, VO2 max, body measurements, blood pressure, glucose and temperature. Your categories update with your real daily data.

3D BODY SCAN A guided ten-second spin in front of your iPhone camera creates a 3D body model. You get body fat, lean mass, skeletal muscle and visceral fat estimates, thirty body measurements and a health report with population percentiles. Scans are processed by Prism Labs, whose method has been validated against DXA in peer-reviewed studies.

YOUR PROTOCOL Personalised recommendations from your care team, organised by category, with the products and tests behind them and the ability to pin what you are working on.

RECORDS VAULT Every report and document from your clinic, with summaries and the original PDF to read or download in the app. Upload your own lab, imaging and genetics reports and they are read into your twin. Complete your clinic's health questionnaires here, look back at your answers, and read your care team's visit notes.

ASK ABOUT YOUR HEALTH An AI assistant that knows your results answers questions in context. Choose which of your clinic's AI avatars answer, ask several at once, or let them talk your question through round-table style, then ask for a summary of the conversation. Answers are AI-generated and are not a substitute for your care team.

Health Nexus is for patients of clinics that use the Health Nexus platform. Enter your facility and email: patients with a portal account sign in with their password, and new or not-yet-set-up patients are guided through email and mobile verification.
