Your TV and your iPhone or iPad must be on the same Wi-Fi network. Zappr doesn't use infrared, so it can't control TVs that aren't connected to your network. Other TV platforms aren't supported yet.

FREE AND PREMIUM Zappr is free to download and includes a limited number of remote actions and playlist plays each day. Premium removes the daily limits and unlocks casting to your TV.

Premium is an auto-renewable subscription, available weekly or yearly. A free trial may be offered to eligible new subscribers. Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by country. • Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. • The subscription renews automatically unless it's canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. • Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. • You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings. • If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.

PRIVACY Zappr controls your TV directly over your local network, and you don't need an account. Voice searches go only to your TV and aren't recorded or stored. Photos and videos you cast are streamed from your device to your TV over your Wi-Fi.

GOOD TO KNOW • Features depend on your TV's model and software. Some TVs ask you to allow the connection, or to turn on mobile or network control in their settings. • Turning a TV on over Wi-Fi only works on models that support it. • Some websites don't allow their videos to be cast, and protected content can't be played. • Zappr doesn't provide any TV channels, streams or other content. You're responsible for the playlists you add and for having the right to watch them. • Zappr is an independent app. It isn't affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Samsung, LG, Roku, Google or any other TV maker or streaming service.
