SIFT: Offline Photo Cleanup

Your photo library got away from you. SIFT is how you get it back.

One photo at a time, or a whole month at once. Swipe one way to keep, the other to bin. Nothing is deleted until you say so — everything you bin waits in SIFT's own trash until you empty it yourself.

It finds the clutter for you SIFT reads your library on the phone and groups what's worth a second look: near-identical burst shots, screenshots you never cleared, photographed paperwork, big videos eating gigabytes, and soft frames. Each suggested gallery tells you how much space it's holding.

Go back through the years Your library is laid out month by month, oldest and least-reviewed first. Most people come for the space and stay for the photos they'd forgotten they had.

Find any photo Search by what's actually in the picture — "beach", "receipt", "the dog" — using a model that runs on your phone. No connection needed, and no photo is ever uploaded to be recognised.

Keep the good ones close Favourite as you sort and SIFT stars them in your real gallery too. Share anything straight from the app.

A weekly goal, not a daily chore Set how many photos a week you want to get through. Hit it and the streak grows. Miss a Tuesday and nothing breaks — nobody needs to tidy their gallery every day.

Everything happens on your phone No account. No login. No upload. Your photos, their names, their dates and everything SIFT works out about them stay in the app's private storage on this device. Sorting works with the phone in aeroplane mode.

SIFT is free and whole — nothing is behind a paywall. It shows an occasional advert to pay for itself, and one small purchase turns those off for good. No subscription.
