The tuner waits for the note to settle instead of twitching around it, and taps you when it lands, so you can watch the fretboard rather than the screen. Standard, drop D, DADGAD, open G, open D, and half or full step down.

The metronome has tempo, time signature, tap tempo, four click sounds including a closed hi-hat, and its own volume control, so it sits under the guitar instead of over it.

The drone holds a steady tone in any of twelve keys, for working on intonation or improvising against something.
