TodoCalendar: Date & Place

Organize tasks by date, and let recurring schedules and reminders carry them through to done

TodoCalendar puts every task on the day it belongs to. Pick a day from the weekly strip, or expand the calendar and choose from the month. Upgrade to unlock the palettes and location reminders as well.

■ Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets

• Three Home Screen widgets (small, medium, large): see today's tasks and tick them off with a single tap, right from the widget
• Four Lock Screen widgets: inline, circular, rectangular, and a wide one that shows your remaining count at a glance
• What's left today is there the moment your screen lights up

■ Time and location reminders

• Time reminders: get notified at the moment you set, with optional early nudges like 5 or 30 minutes before
• Location reminders: tag a task with a place "buy milk at the store" and get a single alert when you arrive or leave
• Complete a task or snooze it directly from the notification

■ Recurring schedules Set something up once for every day or for specific weekdays, and it appears on its own when the day comes.

■ Made to your taste Choose between the app theme and four neo-brutalist palettes, and set your widget's colors, fonts, and background photo yourself.

■ Your data stays on your device There is no server behind this app. No account, no sign-in, no network transmission. Your tasks, photos, and the coordinates of the places you pick are all stored on your device alone. Export a backup file whenever you like and keep it in Files or iCloud Drive.

Pro is offered monthly or yearly, and your first subscription includes a 2-week free trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it converts to a paid subscription and renews on the same cycle. You can cancel any time in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions on your device.
