QingNian is a quiet companion for Chinese Buddhist chanting and daily practice. Count recitations, read included Chinese sutras and mantras offline, and dedicate several practices together.

LANGUAGES The interface is available in Traditional and Simplified Chinese. Scripture and mantra texts are in Chinese. English scripture translations and guided audio are not included.

COUNT AT YOUR OWN PACE Use a large counting button, set a practice target, and correct accidental taps. Resume your previous practice from the home screen.

DAILY PRACTICE AND DEDICATION Arrange your daily practice tasks and continue from one to the next. Dedicate the day's practices together, selecting recipients or entering a personal dedication.

READ INCLUDED CHINESE TEXTS FOR FREE Read texts including the Heart Sutra, Amitabha Sutra, Medicine Buddha Sutra, Ksitigarbha Sutra and Great Compassion Mantra. Adjust text size, line spacing and day/night mode. Reading positions are saved; completed readings are counted only after your confirmation. Version and source information is available for each text.

FREE FEATURES Core counting, all included texts and reading settings, two daily practice tasks, three favorites, today's practice records, basic dedication, two visual themes, and manual backup and restore are free. The app has no ads and requires no account.

OPTIONAL SUBSCRIPTION QingNian Premium offers unlimited tasks and favorites, custom practice items, advanced statistics and custom counting milestones. Subscriptions also support ongoing proofreading, maintenance and improvements.

Auto-renewable plans are available for 3 months, 6 months and 1 year. Prices and any eligible trial are shown in the app and Apple purchase sheet. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Manage or cancel them in your App Store account settings; restore purchases in the app. Canceling does not delete saved practice records.

KEEP YOUR RECORDS Export and restore a manual backup of your practice records, dedications, preferences and reading positions. This is not automatic cloud sync. Personal practice data is not sent to developer servers; iOS/iCloud system backups follow your device settings.
