SimpliTalk makes conversations between people who speak different languages feel natural and effortless. No typing, no passing your phone back and forth, and no complicated controls. Just sit opposite each other, choose your languages, and tap your side of the screen when you want to speak.

The screen is split in two, with each side dedicated to one person. Your side stays right-side up for you, while the other side is flipped for the person sitting opposite you. Speak naturally, and SimpliTalk transcribes your words, translates them using the context of the recent conversation, and displays the translation directly on the other person’s side. It can also read the translation aloud.

One tap is all it takes. Tap to start listening and tap again when you’re finished. Prefer push-to-talk? Simply hold the button while speaking.

Privacy & Permissions

SimpliTalk requires the following permissions to provide its translation features:

• Microphone Access Required to listen to your speech and convert your spoken words into text for translation. The microphone is only active when you tap to speak. • Dictation / Speech Recognition Required to transcribe your spoken words into text so they can be translated. Speech recognition is only used when you actively use the translation feature.

Your microphone and speech data are used solely to provide the conversation translation experience and are not used for any other purpose.
