Scan a room, leave with a plan. Spasio turns a real room into a measured floor plan, a 3-D model and a layered DXF on your iPhone, then into client sheets on your own letterhead. Built by Caglar Celik Architects for the walk between site and office.

SCAN Measure a room with the LIDAR scanner on a supported iPhone: walls, doors, windows and furniture in one pass, saved with its 3-D model and footprint. No LIDAR? AR Assist proposes the room from tracked planes, or mark two perpendicular walls, four reference points or the corners by hand. Every result is calibrated against a real measurement, and scale calibration works on any plan: type the real length of the longest wall and the whole plan rescales.

PLAN Drag corners with 10 cm grid snap, tap a wall and type its exact length, set the wall height; doors and windows follow the wall. Add openings from a catalogue of standard sizes with door handing and swing. Place tables, chairs, beds, sofas, wardrobes, counters and sanitary fixtures from a searchable library, then rotate, duplicate, resize or type exact sizes. Add notes, labels, measure lines, freehand sketch and pastel colour fills, in four plan styles. With Pro, turn on architectural dimensioning: an overall chain outside each wall run, opening and jamb sub-dimensions inside, all in centimetres, plus width and depth labels on every piece of furniture.

3-D AND DXF The plan becomes a massing model with your wall height, floor and wall materials, a material or maquette finish and a cutaway. With Pro, export USDZ, OBJ with MTL, GLB, STL and 3-D DXF. The 2-D DXF is the handoff: seven named layers for walls, furniture, doors, windows, openings, notes and dimensions in centimetre units; double-line walls, door swings, glazing lines, dimension chains, labels and sketch strokes. Opens in any CAD that reads DXF R12, including AutoCAD, Rhino and ArchiCAD. Layered DXF export is always free.

CLIENT SHEETS Export an A4 plan or model sheet as PNG or PDF: project name and date in the header, the annotated and dimensioned plan, and a metric strip with area, wall and opening figures. With Pro the header carries your own company logo and the sheet has no watermark. Each sheet states how the room was measured: LIDAR, AR or manual.

RENDER Render an interior from a photo or from your measured model. Set room function, place type, one of 13 styles, material focus, atmosphere and camera view; choose a vibe preset or upload your own reference; pick photorealistic, sketch or pastel output; add up to four reference objects with their dimensions. Revise furniture, materials, colours, lighting and styling while the architecture and camera are kept. Annotate results and keep every version in the render archive.

WHAT IS FREE, WHAT IS PRO Free, always: unlimited scans, the complete plan and furniture editor, scale calibration, 3-D preview, layered 2-D DXF export, three watermarked client sheets and your first Fast render. Your first three measured projects run with the Pro tools open; render credits are separate. Spasio Pro, monthly or yearly: unlimited watermark-free PNG and PDF sheets on your company letterhead, architectural and furniture dimensioning, materials and colour sampling, USDZ and mesh exports, and six render credits every month.
