HOW PAYMENT WORKS

When you book, your card is authorised but not charged. The money is only released to the barbershop once your barber confirms your appointment is complete. If you don't show up within 60 minutes of your appointment time, you lose the spot and the payment goes to the shop — so barbers aren't left out of pocket for empty chairs.
