Planning a trip with other people means a shared document nobody updates, a spreadsheet for the money, a group chat where the hotel address is scrolled away, and one person holding the whole thing in their head.

queso.camp replaces that with one place.

THE DAYS, IN ORDER Every flight, check-in and dinner sits on the day it happens, with the time and the place and who it's actually for. Flights carry their confirmation code and flight number. Trip days are plain calendar dates, so a 6 PM dinner in Italy shows up on the right day for the people still at home — not shifted to yesterday by a timezone.

WHO EACH THING IS FOR Half the group flies home early; two people arrive a day late. Give each person their own dates and everyone sees the trip from where they actually stand. Filter any list down to one person to see only what concerns them.

PACKING EVERYONE CAN SEE Shared lists with names against the rows, so nobody packs two tents and nobody packs none. A bag is just a list. Tick things off as they go in. Save a list you'll use again and drop it onto the next trip.

BEFORE YOU GO The to-do list that gates everything else — passports, currency, the dog sitter. Tasks can belong to one person, to a few, or to everyone separately, so "check your passport" means each adult individually and not one tick for the whole group.

WHAT EVERYONE'S WEARING For the trips that need it: outfits per person per day, built from a wardrobe you photograph once and reuse. For the trips that don't, it stays out of your way.

BRING EVERYONE IN Invite people by email or with a link. They get their own account and can edit the trip with you. People who'll never sign in — children, a baby, a dog — still go on the list and still get packed for.

SHARE IT WITH EVERYONE ELSE Publish a read-only page for the people who just need to know when dinner is. It shows the days, the plans and first names. It never shows email addresses, packing, documents or anything private.

WORKS WITHOUT SIGNAL Everything you've opened stays readable offline — on a plane, on a train, in a country where your data doesn't work. Edits you make wait their turn and send themselves when you're back.

NO ADS, NO TRACKING No advertising, no analytics SDKs, nothing sold to anybody. Sign in with Apple or Google. Delete your account from inside the app whenever you like, and it really deletes.
