Most life sims make you tap through the first eighteen years. LifeLine does not.

Take up martial arts, boxing, swimming, music, art, coding, drama, debate or chess — eleven of them. Stay with it year after year and it becomes part of who you are — permanently, as a trait your own children can inherit. Behave at school or cause trouble; both follow you out of the building at eighteen. Take a paper route or tutor younger kids, and arrive at adulthood as a different person depending on which you chose.

24 careers, from barista to neurosurgeon — with promotions, raises, and the ceiling you eventually hit.

Fall in love, marry, divorce. Raise children, adopt, or do neither. Buy property, invest, start a business and grow it.

Or go the other way: enlist, run for office, found a cult, join a crime family, land in prison and work your way back out.
