Zaad is a Quran, hadith and dua app that works entirely offline. No account, no ads, nothing to sign in to.

THE MUSHAF, AS IT IS PRINTED Two printings, each complete: the King Fahd Complex's Uthmanic Hafs, and IndoPak in nastaleeq. Each keeps its own text, its own typeface and its own page layout, so the line breaks and page numbers are the ones in the printed book.

Read it three ways: as a facsimile mushaf page, ayah by ayah with translation, or as one continuous column.

TAJWEED YOU CAN CHECK Seven rules, one colour each, so you can learn a rule by its colour. The colouring follows the King Fahd Complex's own colour print rather than an invented scheme.

ELEVEN RECITERS Murattal recitation, one audio file per surah, so you hear it as it was recorded, with the pauses and the breaths where the reciter left them. The current ayah is highlighted as it plays. Download a reciter to listen with no connection.

TEN HADITH BOOKS Sahih al-Bukhari, Sahih Muslim, Sunan Abu Dawud, Jami at-Tirmidhi, Sunan an-Nasa'i, Sunan Ibn Majah, Muwatta Malik, the Forty Hadith of an-Nawawi, the Forty Hadith Qudsi, and the Forty Hadith of Shah Waliullah. Over 36,000 hadith, each with an English translation, all inside the app.

DUAS AND RUQYAH The duas of Hisn al-Muslim, grouped by occasion, each with transliteration and the hadith it comes from. Quranic Ruqyah is its own section: six collections ready to recite, including Manzil, Ruqyah Syariyyah and Al-Mu'awwidhat.

ONE SEARCH Search ayahs, hadith and duas at the same time. Matches are highlighted where they appear. Type a reference like 2:255 and that ayah comes first. Search works offline too.

SAVE WHAT YOU FIND Bookmark anything. Build collections that mix ayahs, hadith and duas together, because a theme does not respect corpus boundaries.

MORE TRANSLATIONS AND TAFSIRS Saheeh International and the Abridged Explanation of the Quran (al-Mukhtasar) are built in. Around 176 more translations and 98 more tafsirs can be downloaded, plus hadith translations in eight other languages.
