■ AI meeting notes

Record a meeting or upload an audio file. TeamGong writes it down with the speakers separated, then sorts it into what was discussed, what was decided, and what to do. Tap a to-do to turn it into a task. Recording keeps going while you leave the app to check a message. The original audio is deleted from the server as soon as the transcript is made. Only text stays. Meeting notes live in the team space, not on one person's phone. Everyone can read them and download the full transcript. Every account gets 30 minutes free.

■ Tasks. Who, what, by when

Two levels only: a task and its subtasks. No infinite nesting, so the screen stays simple. Assign several owners and several reviewers. Work that two people share is recorded that way. Progress is counted from finished subtasks. There is no number to type in.

■ Schedule

A Gantt chart puts a whole semester on one screen. Finished and unfinished split by color, and each bar fills up to where you are. A vertical line marks today. Calendars are split in two, yours and the team's. Deadlines export to your calendar app.

■ Files. One latest version

Upload the same file again and a new version stacks up. The number of files stays the same; only versions grow. Older versions stay open and downloadable.

■ Three notifications, no more

The day before a deadline, when someone mentions you, and once when a deadline passes. That is all of them. Notifications nobody reads are worse than none.

■ Submission

Before you hand it in, TeamGong counts what is left and shows you what it is. The submit button unlocks only after every member approves, so nobody submits alone.

■ Outside the team

Copy the current status as one paragraph and paste it into your group chat. Or show progress to a professor or a mentor with a read-only link that needs no login.

■ Getting started

Sign in with Apple or with Google. No separate sign-up, no new password. The leader creates the project and sends a link. Opening the link does not put you on the roster; you join only when you tap join. Write one line about your project, or paste the assignment notice, and TeamGong drafts tasks counted backward from the deadline. The draft is only shown to you until you press create. The same team space opens in a web browser too.

■ How we keep records

There are no scores and no rankings in TeamGong. Only the fact of who did what, kept as a trail. We think a scoreboard inside a student team turns into a fight.

■ Pricing

Teams, invites, tasks, schedules, Gantt, files, submission checks and share links are free. Storage is 1 GB. AI meeting notes are free for 30 minutes per account. After that it is a subscription.

■ Subscription

Pay once and use it in every team you belong to, and it carries over when the semester changes.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. After purchase you can manage the subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your device settings.
