BUILT FOR OLDER ADULTS AND CAREGIVERS

Large text, high contrast, clear icons, simple navigation, light and dark themes, and adjustable text size make daily medication management easier. Protect editing with a PIN or device lock while still allowing simple dose confirmation. Medicine names can also be hidden from lock-screen notifications.

PRIVATE AND OFFLINE-FIRST

No account is required. Medicine names, schedules, and dose history remain stored on your device, and core reminders work without internet access. Optional anonymous usage and crash diagnostics can be controlled in Settings; medicine information is not included.

Pill Reminder is a personal reminder and record-keeping tool. It does not diagnose conditions, recommend medicines, calculate doses, or replace advice from a doctor or pharmacist. Always follow the prescription and medicine label. Never identify medicine by color alone, and keep it in its original packaging unless a pharmacist confirms that repacking is safe.
