Radiation biology calculator for calculating BED / EQD2, and converting between fractionation schedules (nFED)

This is a calculator app for radiobiology students to learn the effects of changing doses and fractionation schedules in radiotherapy.

• Set out as a spreadsheet to allow the rapid comparison of up to 6 different radiotherapy schedules
• Required input: total dose for the course of radiotherapy in gray (Gy), the number of fractions, and the fractionation sensitivity (α/β)
• Output: biologically effective dose (BED), equivalent dose in 2 Gy fractions (EQD2), and “n” fraction equivalent dose (nFED)
