Wheels turns two taps and an odometer reading into a complete, defensible mileage log — no spreadsheets, no logbook, no scribbled notes on a napkin, no reconstructing your week from memory at tax time.

Built for sole traders, tradespeople, consultants, real estate agents, and anyone who claims vehicle expenses or mileage reimbursement, Wheels only ever asks for what your phone can't already work out on its own.

HOW IT WORKS Tap Start Trip when you get in the car. Tap End Trip when you arrive, then enter your odometer reading — Wheels captures the date, time, start and end location, and the route-following distance automatically.

You'll need to add: • Start and end odometer readings • A short description of the trip • Whether it was Business or Personal

Skip a reading and the trip is held under "Needs Attention" status until you fill it in — nothing is ever silently discarded.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED AT TAX TIME • Multiple vehicles, each with their own trip history • Edit any trip afterwards, or add one you forgot to log • A clean CSV export, ready to hand to your accountant or tax agent • A reminder if a trip's been running a long time, so nothing gets left open by accident

YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS Wheels doesn't ask for an account, doesn't use the cloud, and doesn't sync anywhere. Every trip lives on your device until you choose to export it yourself. There's nothing to sign up for, and nothing for us to lose, because there's no server holding a copy of it.

Distances are recorded in kilometres. Wheels shows a small, non-intrusive ad to help keep the app free, with an optional one-time purchase if you'd rather not see them.
