APV DRIVER is the work app for contracted expedite freight drivers. It replaces phone tag with one clear workflow, from the moment a load is offered to the moment a signed POD closes it out.

RECEIVE LOADS YOU CAN ACTUALLY EVALUATE A new offer shows what matters before you commit: your driver pay, the pickup and delivery areas, loaded miles, commodity, weight, pieces, and both appointment windows. Exact addresses, facility names and contacts stay hidden until you accept, so shipment details are only ever exposed to the driver actually running the load.

ONE TAP TO ACCEPT, AND EVERYTHING UNLOCKS Accepting starts location sharing and reveals the full stop details: facility names, exact street addresses, pickup numbers, and the dispatch instructions for that specific load. Open navigation to either stop directly from the app.

TRACKING THAT REPLACES CHECK CALLS While a load is active, APV DRIVER shares your location with your dispatch team, including when the app is in the background, about every 15 minutes. Collection starts when you accept and stops automatically when the load is delivered or cancelled, when you sign out, or when you delete your account. Your location is never collected while you have no accepted active load.

DOCUMENTS, GUIDED STEP BY STEP The Documents tab only ever shows the file needed at the current step, so nothing is missed and nothing is uploaded twice: the loaded BOL, a loaded freight photo, a secured freight photo at pickup, and a signed POD at delivery. Shoot with the camera or attach from your photo library. Uploaded files are locked to prevent duplicates, and dispatch can approve a file or ask for a retake.

BUILT FOR REAL ROAD CONDITIONS Status updates and uploads are queued when you lose signal and sync automatically when the connection returns, so a dead zone never costs you a step.

YOU CONTROL YOUR ACCOUNT Sign out from the phone at any time, or delete your account and its data from inside the app.

APV DRIVER is issued by your carrier. You need an account from your dispatch team to sign in; the app is not a load board and does not offer freight to the general public.
