Most apps in this category want an account, a subscription and a cloud sync before they show you anything. Reset Coach asks for none of it. There is no sign-up, no login, no analytics and no network connection of any kind. Your streak, your journal entries and your habits are written to your own device and stay there. If you delete the app, the data is gone — nobody else ever had it.

WHAT IT DOES

Daily check-in — mark each day and watch the streak build. Progress and statistics — milestones, best run, a 90-day overview at a glance. Journal — write down what happened, tag entries by trigger or by win. Habits — create your own, tick them off, edit or delete them freely. Urge timer — a guided breathing timer for the moment it hits hardest. Emergency mode — one tap to something calmer when you need it now. Reminders — optional, local notifications for check-in and difficult times.

Available in English and German. Works entirely offline, including on a device in airplane mode.
