RoutineArc is a day planner that keeps everything on your iPhone. No account, no cloud, no tracking — your tasks, events, and notes live in a local database that never leaves your device.

CAPTURE THE WAY YOU SPEAK Type or dictate things naturally — "dentist tomorrow at 3pm", "lunch with Sarah at Cafe Roma thursday noon" — and RoutineArc turns them into tasks, events, and notes with the date, time, place, and priority already filled in. Scan a photo or screenshot and it pulls the text into items you can keep.

ON-DEVICE AI On iPhones with Apple Intelligence, understanding what you type, summarising a note, and suggesting subtasks all run on the Neural Engine — nothing is sent to a server. On any other iPhone, a fast deterministic rules engine takes over. Either way, your content stays yours.

PLAN THE DAY One tap builds a day plan around your events, your work hours, and what is due — ordinary arithmetic over your schedule, not a guess. It also honours what you said when you captured: a hard stop you have to leave by, the hours you are actually working, a time that might still move, "this one before that one", and a meal, which gets a real slot held for it. When more is due than the day can hold, it says how many tasks did not fit. Export the plan to PDF, or let the On Deck card walk you through one thing at a time.

TASKS THAT KNOW WHAT MATTERS Priorities P1–P4, an Eisenhower matrix, subtasks, tags, recurrence, and a weekly review that grooms the backlog for you.

A CALENDAR YOU CAN TOUCH Day and week views with drag to reschedule. Tasks with due times appear beside your events, so the day is one picture instead of two lists.

FOCUS WHEN IT COUNTS A focus timer with Pomodoro presets, per-task sessions started straight from the list, and a sound when a block ends.

ON YOUR HOME SCREEN Five widgets: Day Overview, Home, Tasks, Priority Matrix, and Day Briefing. A Live Activity keeps the current block on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island. Recurring events appear on the widgets too.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account. No analytics. No tracking. Two features can reach the network and both ask first: address lookup, which is off until you turn it on, and dictation, which offers to let Apple transcribe only when your language cannot be handled on your iPhone. Back up to a local file whenever you want; restore it just as easily.

SEVEN DAYS, THEN YOURS TO KEEP Free for seven days — no sign-up, no card — with automatic daily backups the one thing that needs the unlock. After that RoutineArc turns read-only until you unlock it: everything you already have stays readable, searchable, exportable and deletable, and you can still tick tasks off. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. A yearly subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the period. You can manage or cancel it at any time in your Apple Account settings.
