KickPlan turns matchday into clean data – for the whole team or for your own child. You pick your mode at the start; the rest feels like a digital match report. Everything stays local on your device: no account, no ads.

COACH MODE – for coaches & assistant coaches

Kick-off. You just tap along: goal, shot, substitution, yellow card, good and bad actions. Halves and each player's minutes run automatically – no maths afterwards.

• Fair playing time at a glance: after the match you see exactly who played how many minutes – for the game and across the whole season. No paper, no arguments. • Full team stats: goals, assists, shots, cards – per match and as a season summary. • Camera timecodes for editing – WITHOUT controlling your camera: place your cameras and film as usual. In KickPlan you just start a timer per camera. Mark an action and the app knows, for EVERY camera, which file and where the scene is. In your editor you jump to the goal in seconds – in the right file.

Transfer from one phone to another Your assistant filmed from the other touchline? After the match you hand the whole game over via QR code: they tap "Receive", scan – and have the stats, actions and all timecodes on their device. KickPlan merges instead of overwriting. Large transfers run briefly and end-to-end encrypted; children's names stay protected.

Multiple teams? No problem Coaching two or three teams? Just set them up side by side and switch with a tap – each with its own squad, seasons and cameras.

And afterwards: export Share edit files (JSON, CSV, EDL) and match reports as a real file or save as ZIP. Import squads from SportLane via QR/link, auto-import fixtures from your team's iCal calendar.

PARENT MODE – for mums & dads on the touchline

You don't want to manage the whole team – just know how it went for your child. In parent mode everything revolves around your kid: how long were they on the pitch? Did they score, assist, play well? You only tap your child's moments and get minutes, goals and actions – across the season, no spreadsheet.

Two kids, two clubs – one app One child plays for SV Westend, the other for TSV Nordstadt? Create a separate profile for each – separate clubs, separate matches, separate stats. Switch between them with a tap.
