Shirleyhealth is a very handy health log tool for you with three unique features:

1. Easy to use. All your body indicators, examination records, doctor visits, and even our thoughts can be easily logged and visualized. You can export and share with your loved ones, in PDF, or just through the app.
2. Complete privacy. No data collection from us. All your data goes through Apple server, and none comes to the developer. We even don't know who subscribes. Your data can always be exported, subscribe or not.
3. No advertisements forever, as we don't collect your data.

Shirleyhealth is a personal record book for measurements, medicines, periods, notes, photographs and PDFs. View what you recorded, find it later, and print or export what you choose.

YOUR DAY Customize your Today, see your checklist, add readings and write notes. Enable the optional Period section in Settings and find Calendar below. Today and optional Period widgets provide quick access to your record.

HISTORY AND MEASUREMENTS Open saved measurements from History to edit values, dates, times and notes. Choose units and decimal places separately for each measurement without changing your original numbers.

CALENDAR Browse measurements, visits and period entries by date. Keep appointment dates and your own notes. On iPhone and iPad, export appointments to Apple Calendar as separate copies; later changes are not synced.

OPTIONAL PERIOD RECORDS Record start/end dates, product-change times and counts, medicines and notes. Log, undo or correct a change, and export selected period history as a PDF. Shirleyhealth does not predict cycles, fertility or symptoms.

FILES AND STORAGE Keep photographs and PDFs. Recognize text on-device, then edit or clear the words. See file and record sizes, with backups and sync storage shown separately. Restore removed items from the Recycle Bin.

PRINT AND EXPORT Choose dates and records, then preview, print or share a PDF. Export selections are remembered. Full record export remains available without a subscription, including after a subscription ends.

PRIVACY Use your own iCloud for sync and optional read-only sharing of selected records. Text recognition runs on-device. There is no Shirleyhealth account, advertising or analytics. Widgets never show measurement values and hide record details when app lock is enabled.

READABILITY AND LANGUAGES Choose Large or Giant text. Available on iPhone, iPad and Mac in 18 languages:

FREE ACCESS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS The free plan includes one measurement, its chart, record export and optional record sharing. A subscription adds unlimited measurements, medicines, reminders and filed pages. Saved records are kept when a subscription ends.

The first 14 days provide free access without automatically starting a subscription. Purchasing during this period starts the selected paid subscription through Apple.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings.

A RECORD BOOK Shirleyhealth does not provide medical advice and does not perform any medical function. It never tells you whether a reading is high, low, or normal, never diagnoses any condition, and never suggests or recommends any treatment or medication.
