SHOUT is a marketplace where local businesses hire independent creators to produce promotional work for external social channels, and creators can see who is paying nearby.

Creators can browse paid local Shouts, apply, message businesses, submit finished content, and track approvals and payouts.

Businesses can post a creator job brief, set creator pay upfront, review creators who apply, message selected creators, review submissions, request changes, approve work, and track campaign results. Business payments fund custom creator services performed for use outside SHOUT; they do not purchase ads displayed in SHOUT or unlock app features.
