Leads by VenueSight is the badge scanner for exhibitors. Point it at an attendee's badge and their details are captured, rated and noted - in the time it takes to keep talking to them.

WORKS WHEN THE HALL WI-FI DOESN'T

Convention centre networks fail exactly when every stand is busy. This app is built for that. Your event's attendee list is downloaded to the device before the doors open and stored encrypted, so a scan resolves to a real name and company with no connection at all.

Every scan is saved on the device first, then sent when there's signal. You will never lose a lead to a dropped network, and you will never be shown a network error in the middle of a conversation.

ACROSS YOUR TEAM

Everyone working the stand shares one lead list, and it updates on every device within seconds.

Every capture is credited to the rep who made it, so you can see who spoke to whom. When several reps talk to the same person, each conversation is kept separately with its own rating and notes — nobody's work overwrites anybody else's.

Reps sign in with an access code from your booth lead. There are no accounts to create for temporary staff, and nothing to install beyond this app.

AFTER THE SHOW

Leads appear in the exhibitor portal as you capture them. Export them as CSV, or sync them into your CRM with your own field mapping.

• Large targets and high contrast, for use standing up under hall lighting • Confirmation you can feel, so you know a scan landed without looking • A queue that survives airplane mode, a flat battery and a restart • Shared tablets show who is currently scanning, so leads stay correctly credited

PRIVACY

The attendee list cached on your device is encrypted, and a record can only be read by scanning that attendee's physical badge. It is deleted automatically once the event's retention window closes. Your own captured leads are yours and are not affected by that.

REQUIREMENTS A VenueSight account, or a booth access code from your event organizer. Camera access is required in order to scan badges.
