For clinics on Welbuk Practice: manage the day's appointments, consult patients, capture SOAP notes and prescriptions, and keep every patient chart up to date.

Welbuk Care is the clinician companion app for practices that run on Welbuk. Sign in with your practice account, choose the facility you are working at, and manage your day from a tablet or phone.

The app connects to your existing Welbuk Practice workspace. It is built for doctors and clinic staff, not for patients, and every action stays scoped to the facility you select.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

Appointment queue

• See the day's appointments with search and filters
• Check patients in and fit in late arrivals
• Let the front desk know you are ready for the next patient
• Open a consultation straight from the list

Consultation workspace

• Review patient intake, reason for visit, and vitals
• See recorded medical history, current medications, and allergies
• Write SOAP clinical notes and add ICD-10 diagnosis codes
• Build a prescription with a searchable drug catalogue and allergy checks
• Capture lab reports, doctor's notes, and a follow-up plan
• Raise a referral to another provider
• Dental charting with an odontogram, findings, and treatment plan
• Eye consultations with a refraction and final prescription grid
• Complete the visit and produce a consultation report to print, share, or save as PDF

Patient records

• Search the facility patient list and open any chart
• Register new patients and edit demographics
• Record medical history through a guided questionnaire: past conditions, surgeries, medications, allergies, and insurance
• Upload an insurance card or other patient documents (JPG, PNG, PDF, DOC, DOCX)
• View lab reports, referrals, and appointment history

Welbuk Care is for licensed healthcare professionals and clinic staff who already use Welbuk Practice. You need an account from your practice administrator; the app has no public sign-up.
