MyUKCO

MyUKCO is the International Organization for Migration's (IOM) digital cultural orientation platform for refugees who will be resettled in the United Kingdom through UK Government resettlement programmes. Funded by the Government of the United Kingdom, the app helps users prepare for life in the UK by providing reliable, practical, and easy to understand information before departure.

Designed to support refugees anytime and anywhere, MyUKCO offers interactive learning content covering life in the United Kingdom, local communities, public services, cultural expectations, daily living, and other important topics that can help individuals and families integrate successfully.

The app complements IOM's cultural orientation activities and enables users to learn at their own pace through engaging lessons, interactive activities, quizzes, and achievement badges. Whether users are attending cultural orientation sessions or preparing independently, MyUKCO provides accessible information to help build confidence and support a smoother transition to life in the UK.

When a user downloads the app, their privacy is protected. Users are not required to provide personal information to access the learning content, and IOM does not collect personally identifiable information from app users.

The MyUKCO app can be accessed offline and is available to download free of charge.
