Rizo does not process client payments through the app.

Payment for completed services is made directly between you and the client according to the payment method and terms agreed between both parties, including cash on delivery or other mutually agreed arrangements.

HandyMan

Rizo also includes a HandyMan extension for providers or service businesses that work with handymen or field-based team members.

Where applicable, service requests can be allocated to a handyman responsible for carrying out the work, helping providers coordinate service delivery and manage jobs across their teams.
