A private journal for your emotions, thoughts, sleep and medication, with an optional backup that is encrypted on your device and only your own password can open.

Feelio is a private journal for your emotional and mental wellbeing.

Instead of asking you to rate your day with a single number, Feelio gives you one place for what you actually feel: the emotion and its intensity, where it sits in your body, and the thought that came with it. Over weeks, those small notes turn into a picture you can look back on, and take with you to an appointment if you choose to.

WHAT YOU CAN RECORD

• Daily check-in: the emotion, its intensity and the reason, if you know it. Not knowing is an answer too.
• Body map: mark a place from head to toes and describe the sensation there.
• Thoughts: automatic, intrusive, negative or balanced, written however you like.
• Sleep: quality and hours, right next to the mood of that day.
• Panic and anxiety episodes: duration, symptoms and a short comment.
• Medications: dose, times, side effects, and a tick when taken.

FIND THE PATTERN

• Calendar: a month and year view where every day remembers your notes.
• Insights: frequent emotions, recent trends and repeating links between sleep, medication and mood.
• PDF report: export your records and bring them to your therapist or psychiatrist.

REMINDERS Separate reminders for medication, psychiatrist and therapy appointments, scheduled locally on your device.

BUILT AROUND YOUR PRIVACY

• Your records are stored encrypted on this iPhone, with the key in the Keychain and an app lock behind Face ID.
• Cloud backup is optional. Skip it and nothing leaves your phone.
• If you turn it on, the backup is encrypted on your device with a key derived from your own cloud password before it is uploaded. We cannot read it, and we cannot recover it if you lose that password.
• Export all your data, or delete your account and everything in it, from inside the app.

Fully localised in Georgian and English. The app follows your device language and can be switched at any time.
