Pillbook: Pill Reminder

Pillbook reminds you to take your medication, keeps a complete record, and then gets out of your way.

It was built after reading thousands of one-star reviews of other medication apps. Nearly all of them said the same handful of things.

SCHEDULES THAT ACTUALLY WORK

Real prescriptions are not always "once a day":

• Every day, or only on the weekdays you pick
• Every other day, or every third, fourth, or Nth day
• Cycles - 21 days on, 7 days off, repeating
• Tapers - step your dose down on set dates
• As needed, with your own daily limit and minimum gap

Before you save, Pillbook shows you the real upcoming dates the schedule produces. You can see it is right rather than hoping.

YOU DECIDE HOW MUCH IT NAGS

Set the follow-up interval, how many follow-ups you get, the snooze length and quiet hours - per medication. Or switch follow-ups off and get one reminder, exactly once.

YOUR FULL HISTORY, NEVER TRIMMED

Every dose you log is kept for as long as you use the app. Export it all as CSV free, any time, or generate a clean PDF report to hand to your doctor or your vet.

NO ACCOUNT, NO SERVER

There is no sign-up and nothing to be locked out of. Your medication list and history live on your phone and nowhere else. Pillbook also keeps rolling on-device backups you can roll back to.

OPTIONAL ICLOUD SYNC

Sync stays off until you switch it on. When you do, your medications and your whole history stay in step across your own devices, through your own iCloud. There is still no account and no server of ours, and nothing is lost when two devices are merged: a dose recorded on either one is kept. iCloud sync is part of Pillbook Plus.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your App Store account settings.
