Fleet DOT Mode is the all-in-one compliance companion built for professional truck drivers. Stay inspection-ready, organised, and connected to your fleet right from your phone.

QUICK & SECURE ACCESS Drivers log in with their fleet credentials and land instantly on the home screen. A profile icon in the top corner lets you view your driver profile at any time - name, contact details, assigned truck, assigned trailer, and license information all in one place. A clean logout keeps your account secure when ending a shift.

YOUR DOCUMENTS, ALWAYS AT HAND The home screen presents four clearly organised document sections:

• Truck - with your assigned truck number and document count
• Trailer - with your assigned trailer number and document count
• Driver Docs - linked to your driver ID
• Company Docs - linked to your company

Tap any box to browse the documents inside. Every document shown is configured by your fleet administrator from the back-office web platform. You always see exactly what your company requires. Document management and configuration are handled entirely by administrators, keeping the driver experience simple and distraction-free.

DOT INSPECTION MODE When a roadside DOT inspection begins, activate DOT Mode with a single tap. The moment you turn it on, the app automatically records your current location, date, and time and sends it to your fleet's system, giving your dispatch team real-time awareness that an inspection is in progress.

DOT Mode opens a dedicated, distraction-free page showing every document marked as DOT-required by your fleet administrator, displayed in a clean vertical scrollable list. Hand the officer your phone or scroll through each document - everything is in one place, no searching, no folders.

When the inspection is complete, turn DOT Mode off with the same tap. The app records the end of the inspection and notifies your fleet system, keeping your compliance history accurate and up to date.

SEND DOCUMENTS TO THE DOT OFFICE Need to submit your DOT documents electronically? Fleet DOT Mode lets you send your complete set of DOT-required documents directly to the DOT office via email right from within the app. One tap, one email, done.
