The Chronickel is a private family archive for preserving the stories, photographs, letters, and family history that matter to you — shared only with the people you choose, and kept for the generations that come after.

STORIES Write down the memories worth keeping — a childhood home, a wartime letter, the summer everything changed — with photos attached to each one. Choose exactly who can see each story: your whole family, just a private few, or the public.

FAMILY TREE Build a real family tree, not just a list of names. Add parents, children, and partners across as many generations as you have stories to tell, with a birth date, biography, and photo for each person.

TIME CAPSULES Seal a message for a specific date in the future — a letter to be opened on a child's 18th birthday, a note for the family's next reunion. It stays locked, structurally unreadable by anyone, until that day arrives.

ENCRYPTED VAULT (Family and Legacy plans) Store sensitive documents — wills, deeds, insurance policies — in an encrypted vault protected by its own passphrase, separate from the rest of your account.

SHARED WITH ONLY WHO YOU CHOOSE Invite family members as Editors, Viewers, or Friends, each with different access. Revoke access at any time. Nothing is ever public unless you choose to make it so.
