• The panic button. One tap when you want to text them: a breathing circle, the reasons you wrote on a clear day, and how many times you have already turned away.

• A coach that answers. Any hour, in plain language, about one subject only - getting you through this without contacting them.

• A private journal. 90 nightly prompts that follow the recovery instead of repeating. Nothing you write ever leaves your phone.

• Daily check-ins and a mood curve, so you can see the month rather than just today.

• Milestones from day one to day ninety, and a lock-screen widget.

BUILT FOR THE WORST HOUR

Messages about self-harm or abuse are recognised on your device and answered there, with a real crisis line for your country where we have one and an international directory everywhere else. They are never sent anywhere.

Your journal, your check-ins and your streak stay on your phone. There is no account and no sign-up.

IF YOU BREAK IT

The count restarts and your longest run is kept. Most people restart at least once - that is what the count is for, not something to hide.

Unlimited coach, your whole journal and mood history, and export. The day counter and the panic button are free, always. A subscription is never required to use the thing that stops you sending the message. Choose a weekly or yearly subscription, or buy Lifetime once and own it outright with no subscription at all.

The price for your country, the renewal date, and the length of any free trial offered are always shown in the app before you confirm. Nothing is charged until you do, and a free trial is free.

A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of that period. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in Settings on your device.
