Everything here you typed in yourself. This app has no drug database and does not check your medications.

Reminders

A time can be 8:00, or "after breakfast." Change your routine and those doses move with it. Doses at the same time merge into one notification. Pull it down to log. The app stays closed. Snooze, undo, backfill yesterday, correct the time you actually took it. As-needed meds carry the daily limit and spacing you copied off the label. Logging "skipped" honestly counts the day as done, exactly like "taken."

Habits

Water, walks, reading. Pick a template or write your own. They count toward the same daily ring as your meds.

The plant

Sixty care days and it blooms, graduates to your garden, and you plant the next one. Care days only ever go up.

Your data

We have no servers. No account, no sign-up. No third-party SDKs, no analytics. Your records live on your device; turn on sync and they live in your own iCloud. We can't reach either. Our privacy label reads "Data Not Collected."

At the doctor's

Doctor View puts everything you're currently taking on one screen. Works offline. Pro adds a PDF you can hand over: adherence per medication, which time slots you miss, and your own notes. Two pages, maximum.

Reminders don't need a subscription. Pro adds history older than 30 days, deep adherence analysis, the doctor's PDF, blood pressure and glucose trends, visit prep, and iCloud sync across devices. Reminders, habits, the ring, the plant, all 22 achievements, vacation mode, Doctor View, and the full export are free. All of them.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your device's Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Evertend Pro is also available as a one-time purchase: US$69.99. It is not a subscription and never renews.
