myTime ESS

myTime can now tell you the moment a new pay stub is ready — and you decide whether it does. Your tasks and anything new lead the home screen.

myTime ESS (Employee Self Service) puts your pay in your pocket.

myTime is the secure employee app for viewing your paychecks, managing direct deposit, and finding your tax forms — anytime, from anywhere. No more waiting for a stub in the mail or digging through email for a W-2.

WHAT YOU CAN DO • View every paycheck — browse your full pay history by year and open a clear, itemized stub with earnings, taxes, and deductions. • Save and print stubs — download any pay stub as a PDF that matches your official payroll record exactly. Great for loans, leases, and taxes. • Manage direct deposit — enroll, update, or stop direct deposit. myTime verifies your routing number and shows your bank's name so you can confirm it's right before you submit. • Get your tax forms — find and download your W-2 and 1095-C as they become available. • Read company documents & notices — stay current on what your employer shares with you. • See your benefits — review your insurance coverage, deductions, and monthly rates. • Check your withholding — review your federal (W-4) and state withholding. • Report time & expenses — submit hours worked and expenses on the go.

PAID-DAY ALERTS Turn on notifications and myTime tells you the moment a new pay stub is posted — so you always know when payday lands.

BUILT-IN SECURITY Your pay information stays private. myTime protects your account with two-factor authentication and lets you lock the app with Face ID or your fingerprint. Your data is encrypted in transit, and we never sell your information.

GETTING STARTED myTime is free for employees whose employer uses myTime. Sign in with the same username and password as your myTime employee portal. Not sure if your employer uses myTime? Ask your payroll or HR department.
