A voice memo is easy to record and useless to use: it stays an audio file you have to replay in full to find the one thing you promised to do.

VoiceToTask records, transcribes on device and then works out what you said: tasks, deadlines, decisions, key points, questions left open. Every item is anchored to the second of audio where it was said, so one tap plays it back.

NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT YOUR CONFIRMATION What the AI finds stays a suggestion. It goes through a review screen where you correct, choose and confirm. Only then does a task, a notification or a Reminders entry come into being.

YOU CHOOSE THE ENGINE On device with the system intelligence, nothing to configure and nothing leaving iPhone. Or with your own key at the provider you prefer: your iPhone talks to it directly.

There is no server of ours in between. Keys stay in the iOS Keychain. We do not see them, do not touch them, they never pass through us.

FIND WHAT YOU SAID Search across titles, summaries, transcripts, tasks and bookmarks. With Pro, by meaning too: you find a note without remembering the exact words.

ASK THE RECORDING With Pro, a question in plain language about what you said. The sentences it quotes back are checked against the transcript: the ones that cannot be found stay text, with no invented timestamps.

ON YOUR DEVICES With iCloud on, recordings, audio, transcripts and tasks stay in step across your devices. They live in your account's private database: whoever develops the app cannot read them.

TAKE IT OUT Export as text, Markdown or PDF. Confirmed tasks go to Reminders, if you want.

IN FIVE LANGUAGES Italian, English, Spanish, French and German. The interface follows the phone, or you pick it in settings. Recordings stay in the language you said them in.

FREE AND PRO Free: unlimited recordings, on-device transcription, task and deadline extraction, on-device engine or your own key. Pro: Meeting, Lecture and Interview modes, search by meaning, questions about a recording, PDF export.
