Soul Bound turns the life you're trying to build into an RPG. Tell it what you're chasing and it writes your daily quests — the actual habits that get you there, spread across the week. Clear them and your character gains XP, coins, gems and a streak. Skip them and nothing moves.

FORGE A CHARACTER Choose a warrior or a mage and raise five stats: Strength, Vitality, Intelligence, Agility and Sense. Every quest you clear feeds them, so your level is an honest record of what you've actually done.

QUESTS BUILT AROUND YOU Your quests come from your own goal, your typical day and what has tripped you up before — not from a generic checklist. Choose which weekdays each one runs, write your own whenever you like, and take on a bonus side quest each day.

OPEN CHESTS, COLLECT LOOT Finishing a quest can drop a chest, from common to legendary. Inside: gems, coins, XP, or one of 48 collectible items — every one modelled in 3D and turnable in your hands.

GEAR THAT PAYS OFF Equip weapons and armour for lasting boosts to the XP, coins and gems you earn. Drink potions when you need an edge. Sell what you'll never use at the Black Market and put the coins toward something better.

TRAIN AND EAT WITH A PLAN Get a workout split and daily calorie and macro targets shaped around your body and your goal. Log a meal by photographing it or entering it by hand, and watch the day's numbers fill in.

KEEP THE STREAK ALIVE Your day rolls over at 4am, so a late night still counts as the same day. Clear a single quest to hold the streak.

CLIMB THE SEASON RANKS A monthly leaderboard ranks everyone by the XP they've earned this season, with rewards for the top three when it closes. Then it resets and everyone starts level with everyone else.

COLLECT TROPHIES Dozens of achievements for levels, streaks, quests cleared, chests opened, rare finds and perfect days.
