Flexible Expense Approval Organizations can configure Auto Approval or Manual Approval for MR expense reports.

When Auto Approval is enabled, submitted reports can be approved automatically. Authorized HR, Admin, or Supervisor users can still review, reject, or roll back an automatically approved report when required.

When Auto Approval is disabled, submitted reports follow the manual approval process.

Expense & Payroll Integration Approved MR expenses can be automatically calculated during salary processing and included in the employee’s salary and payslip.

File Management Authorized users can maintain important employee and organizational documents through a centralized file management system.
