WARRANTY, WITHOUT THE DOUBLE ENTRY When a walkthrough is signed and complete, its record — the property, the buyers, and every punchlist item with its photos — transfers to the Flagship Homes warranty portal automatically. The homeowner's warranty record is built from the walkthrough itself, so nobody retypes it and nothing drifts.

PRIVACY No advertising, no analytics, no third-party tracking of any kind. Photos are stripped of camera metadata, including GPS location, before they leave the device. You can delete your account from inside the app at any time.

BCP Milestone is used by Flagship Homes construction and warranty staff. Accounts are issued by Flagship Homes; there is no public sign-up.
